What an Outstanding guest is with FB Diva Friday Chronicles this week. Perhaps you've seen her on SuperWoman TV. Or you've read one of her two best seller books, or seen her promos with SWL spokeswoman singer Chante Moore.  It's my esteemed pleasure to welcome Premier Entrepreneur, Diva Vicki Irvin.

Chronicles:  This is such a pleasure to have you visit with FB Diva Friday Chronicles. Now just in case there is SOMEONE out there who is not familiar with Vicki Irvin, please share just a little background information about yourself.

Vicki: I am a speaker, author, coach and TV host who focuses on helping women entrepreneurs learn the proper way to build and grow a successful business by focusing on marketing and client attraction. I am a wife and mom to a son; who holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and who recently was awarded an honorary doctorate of Human Letters by CICA University.

I have had the honor and pleasure of working with thousands of women through my Superwoman Lifestyle Movement for the past several years with my live events, coaching programs and on-line programs which can be found at www.Vickiirvin.com

Chronicles: I'm sure that it's quite evident that I'm excited to have you visit with Chronicles and in truth, I've been a fan of yours' for quite some time.  I've observe your brand expand from personal coaching, to workshops and speaking, to your own cosmetic line. Now you're branching off into an exciting new direction. Care to share with the reading audience this new project that you've recently launched?

Vicki: While I am primarily most widely known as a business coach, I have expanded my brand to include my own cosmetics line along with Singer Chante Moore as well as my own fitness boot camp. My Superwoman Lifestyle Movement is based on 3
pillars...Business, Beauty & Balance. So for years women have both heard and seen me live a lifestyle that focuses on good physical and emotional health which is crucial for anyone looking to succeed in business. This 3 pronged approach is what helps women reach their goals and why so many of my clients experience success. So in addition to the business teachings, I also provide women further vehicles to live the Superwoman Lifestyle by having our own beauty products and forums to work out in through the boot camps. The boot camps are structured workouts with trained instructors who teach lifestyle and not fads.  We have accountability in place and have formed a genuine sisterhood which motivates the women to show up consistently and do their best while being supported.

Chronicles: Now are the workouts strictly a local venture in the Metro DMV area or do you have plans to expand this nationally?

Vicki: As of now this is only in the Metro DMV area, however, there are definite plans to expand the Superwoman Lifestyle Fitness Movement to other areas, we get lots of inquiries and interest on doing so.

Chronicles: And I can certainly see why as the Superwoman Lifestyle Fitness Movement addresses the total individual through physical, financial and social/cultural empowerment. So how can people join your program?

Vicki: To join the Superwoman Lifestyle Fitness Movement and learn more about it visit: www.MarylandFitnessBootCamp.com

Chronicles:  As you've stated, you have quite a bit going on. And I noticed that your "FeMail" marketing course doesn't just change marketing terminology from a male orientation to a female one, but rather completely reshapes the mental paradigm associated with internet marketing from a male dominated centrism to a female construct. How has this approach been received by the marketing community with it's tradition focus on the hard sell?

Vicki: It's simply recognizing that men and women make buying decisions differently and so the marketing messages need to be tailored accordingly. Women don't respond to the macho language that men often use like "learn how to blow your competition out the water." That works well with guys but not so much with the ladies. Women like a sense of community and have a different mindset and so they respond to softer messages that focus on helping others and working in accordance with one another. Many big time male internet marketers are missing this point which is why when you attend their live events or seminars, 90% of the audience is men.  The information they give and teach is awesome, but unfortunately few women will ever come out to obtain it because their messages turned them off.  From that experience is where FeMail Marketing Secrets was born.

Chronicles:  That's a real unique perspective and something that male marketers might want to capitalize on.
Vicky's latest Book on Amazon
Also, you have a writing style that is flowing and rich in content. Have you always been a prodigious writer or is this a skill that has been nurtured as a Marketing/coaching professional?

Vicki:  I have always loved to write and was always good at it, however writing for my business is a totally different world. The ability to write effective copy is a skill set that I invested in learning and one that I continue to hone all the time.  When crafting marketing messages there is a formula for engaging your audience and making them want "more" of you, your content and all you have to offer.

Chronicles:  Your books are carried on Amazon so I'm assuming that they are listed in the Amazon Affiliate Marketing program. Do you have any plans to make any of your other products or programs available to be marketed by independent marketers, or as a direct selling program like Mary Kay, Amway or OrganoGold?

Vicki:  No plans for that at this time although I see the potential. I am very focused on some other things right now and try not to get deterred by the "next big idea" syndrome as much as possible. I find that sticking to the basics, being consistent and slowing introducing new avenues into my business has worked best for me. Otherwise, you find yourself all over the place and frustrated because nothing is being done to 100% capacity due to too many open projects.

Chronicles:  That's very sound thinking and advice to heed Vicki. Now I use the acronym Divinely Inspired; Victoriously Ascending for Diva and it is the practice to ask each guest what those two phrases mean to them personally. How do they speak to Vicki Irvin?

Vicki: Divinely Inspired: What comes to mind is a point in time where you once may have been unfulfilled and unsure of your purpose on earth. I think that everyone goes through this at one time or another.  Everyone has their turning point where they have an epiphany and it becomes clear just how they can be used on earth to help others as well as fulfill their purpose. I would classify that moment as being divinely inspired.

Victoriously Ascending reminds me of the building process towards reaching your life goals and overcoming the challenges.  Very few people will ever be an overnight success and there is in fact a journey and process towards it.  It can take a long time but there comes a point where you look up and see the light at the end of the tunnel and the vision becomes clearer. You have had a series of both setbacks and small victories but you can now see the big picture. This upward climb towards reaching your goals is what I would reference as Victoriously Ascending.

Chronicles: Yes! Definitely some faith building words. I'd like to thank Superwoman Lifestyle Diva Vicki Irvin for being such a gracious and accommodating guest. And during the process of compiling this interview, she announced that her SWL Cosmetics line would be carried by a major retailer first starting in the Metro Atlanta area. Congratulations are once again in order for this fantastic Entrepreneur and Business Success.

Remember, Chronicles is always looking for guest to share the wonders that are happening in their life so drop me a line and let's get the ball rolling on your Diva Story.

As always in parting:

Divinely Inspired; Victoriously Ascending....Diva!!
