Hello, it's another great week of FB Diva Friday Chronicles. This week I'm very excited to welcome Entrepreneur and Mentor the amazing Sophia Bailey.

Hello Sophia! It's an honor to have you visit with FB Diva Chronicles, and you are the second visitor from Great Britain.  Please share with the readers some background information of Sophia Bailey.

Sophia:Hi Paul, let me start by thanking you for helping me to share my mission with the world.

I am building a legacy of Wealth Creators that will honour God by fulfilling His purpose in their life. I believe everything in life happens for a reason and the experiences that have lead me here now have me at age 40 and on a mission to positively impact 50,000 people over the next 5 years.

I've been an entrepreneur since 2006 but had an

entrepreneurial spirit my whole life so what I do is to help people that are facing the challenges I did when I first got started in my own business. I'm Mother to two wonderful daughters but having started adulthood as a teenage mother, I've worked hard to be an example to my girls and to every Mother with talent and a dream.

 Now I offer training and wealth creation mentoring to

'Brilliant Entrepreneurs'; Hard working people with bags of experience that shine at what they do but struggle to make it work as a business venture. 
 
As a Wealth Creation Mentor, I share my own experiences and empower others to inspire themselves into action by living on purpose. 

 I'm so grateful that since then I've learned and taught enough to be voted as one of the most influential black business people in the UK, I've been nominated for inclusion in the Black Enterprise (BE) Mogul 2015 Power List and in a few weeks I am to be honored for my contribution to 'Business and Wealth Creation' for the black community.

Chronicles: That's quite an honor Sophia and congratulations are certainly in order.  Now when we spoke over the phone, you made a point to mention that you are not a business coach but a mentor. Explain how training with a mentor aids your clients.

Sophia: The difference between coaching and mentoring is that a coach does not necessarily have experience of their client's occupation but is able to set goals over a set (usually short term) period in order to achieve them. Mentoring is a more informal and ongoing relationship; it is based on passing my experience to my clients to help them overcome challenges in their personal or business development. 

For a few years I ran private Vision Creation™ mentoring sessions and in a recent survey of my previous mentees, 100% said that they no longer had the challenge they came to me with. Of course one person can only do much at a time so to reach a wider audience, so I collapsed all I had learned about going from debt and repossession to a leader in marketing, into the WOW Creation series, sharing 'The 7 Lessons That Every Entrepreneur Must Know About Wealth Creation. 

My core product is The Vision Creation Experience™, an online training course, covering 'The 7 Lessons' via a series of webinars, which I am currently piloting. The feedback is incredible and I love every moment of what I do. This course was created to be the perfect tool for entrepreneurs that have experience but just need the structure, accountability and support in place to achieve more from their business.

Chronicles:  And what other activities are you involved with? 

Sophia: In January I started an Inner Circle Training group as part of my mission to develop Wealth Creators. The purpose is to explore your relationship with money and increase your mental level of wealth creation so you know exactly what to do with money when you receive it. We've just finished the first 30 days of a daily habit forming exercise and the transformation has been truly supernatural. I will be starting a new group in a few months time and would love to welcome any of your interested readers to join us.  Here is some of the feedback so far.

Chronicles: I must say that this is all most intriguing and I can see why you are so much in demand and can set your own market price. Now with the millionaire mindset group; are you saying that there is a mentality that precedes being a millionaire that a person must tap into or millionaires have a certain mindset because they are millionaires.

Sophia: I would say that your mentality precedes your mission but for those that have lasting wealth, both are accurate. Millionaires think differently. Some people earn millions and lose it and without the right mindset they never regain what they'd built.

Chronicles: Do you have programmed packages that you market or are all of your products accessed through individual or workshops?

Sophia: All of my packages can be accessed through my online presentations. People can also book one to one Vision Creation™ Mentoring Sessions with me, but they need to qualify in advance. I work with a limited number of individual ongoing clients at any one time but I can offer one off consulting.

Chronicles: Well, I stopped by your site the other day and found some excellent radio broadcast interviews that I'm going to share as well is that alright? 

Sophia:  Oh thank you Paul!

Chronicles: So we're into the second month of the new year, did you make any personal New Years resolutions and how are they progressing? 

Sophia: My resolve is to maintain and increase the blessings I already possess by serving more people and also to increase my personal value in any way I can. I believe that the best way to increase is to ask someone that has already achieved the results to show you how.

So I have booked some time away with one of my personal mentors and we will be spending a week on a private island in Panama and I'm excited about sharing new revelations with my mentees, as I increase, so do those around me. 


Chronicles: Wow!...that's REALLY exciting Sophia. Now you may know, Chronicles uses the acronym "Divinely Inspired; Victoriously Ascending" for Diva.  Please explain in your own words what those two phrases mean to you? 

Sophia: Divinely Inspired is when you do what you love, you will be in tune with God and the messages you receive.

Follow them and be lead to your purpose.

Victoriously Ascending means every challenge and every triumph leads you to victory. See them both as an opportunity to rise. Wisdom is what happens when you let go of the past and retain the lessons.
